We’re seeking a skilled Wood Machinist / CNC Operator to join a reputable joinery and cabinetry team. Wood Machinist / CNC Operator Key Duties:

- Operate and maintain a flatbed CNC machine for joinery production

- Receive, grade, and store timber deliveries appropriately

- Cut, sand, and prep timber components for machining

- Accurately follow and complete weekly cutting lists

- Execute a variety of CNC programs to meet job specifications

- Perform regular quality checks on machined parts

- Collaborate with team members to complete custom job orders

- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Wood Machinist / CNC Operator Essentials:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in joinery or wood machining

- Proven experience operating CNC woodworking machinery

- Excellent attention to detail and quality control

- Computer literacy and ability to run machine software

- Ability to inspect output under tight deadlines

- Willingness to work overtime as required

- Reside in Australia with valid work rights
