The job
One of Newcastle's leading stone fabricators is looking for an experienced stone templator to measure up jobs on site.
You'll visit residential and commercial sites to digitally template benchtops, splashbacks and vanities, producing accurate measurements that drive flawless fabrication back at the workshop. This is precise, client-facing work for someone who's organised and detail-driven.
Your day to day:
- Laser/digital template benchtops, splashbacks and vanities on site
- Confirm cut-outs, overhangs, joins and edge profiles with clients
- Capture accurate site measurements and notes for the workshop
- Liaise with clients, builders and the scheduling team
This is a steady, full-time role with a long-established workshop that handles high-end natural stone, porcelain and sintered stone. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, and Fridays are a half day.
