ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a pioneering source of top-grade stone & porcelain benchtops catering to kitchens, bathrooms, outdoor culinary zones, splashbacks, and a wide array of uses. They focus on quality and safety, exceeding industry standards and compliance in the stone industry.
LOCATION: Busselton, WA
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays
STONEMASON/ CNC OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fabrication and installation of natural stone for residential and commercial projects
- Cutting, shaping and polishing stone with different types of machinery and tools
- Measuring, glueing and manufacturing custom stone products
- Working on custom-designed kitchens and other stone projects
- Complete site measures & Create templates
- Liaise with customers when required
- Follow OH&S directions and maintain a safe working environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- A stonemasonry trade qualification or proven experience within the industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Installation experience on commercial & residential sites
- Ability to read plans and measurements
- Experience operating bridge saws, water jet cutting Machines & other machinery is highly desirable
- Ability to onsite measures (template) jobs
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Willing to work overtime when required
REMUNERATION:
- $40 – $45 per hour plus super and OT
