SHIFT SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start
HOURS: 8-10 hours a day
SITE SUPERVISOR MAIN DUTIES:
- Manage the day-to-day construction process.
- Supervising of tradespeople on site
- Completing daily Timesheets
- Maintain daily consistent communication with clients and ensure internal staff members are being given accurate updates on all jobs.
- Attending weekly meetings with builders.
- Comply with all OHS/WHS regulations at all times.
- Manage the activity of site labour and subcontractors to ensure the processes are executed to the specifications of the project plans and drawings.
- On-site activity reporting.
- Ensure that the set time schedules, budget, OH&S and high-quality standards are met.
SITE SUPERVISOR ESSENTIALS:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the Construction industry (preferably commercial building).
- Knowledge within the stone/tiling industry
- Ability to meet customer satisfaction levels and exceed expectations.
- Possess a “can-do” attitude.
- Previous experience dealing with builders and tradespeople
- Ability to earn respect from your team and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong focus on quality, along with process improvement and problem-solving.
- Exceptional performance management skills.
- Excellent communication skills
REMUNERATION:
$100,000 – $105,000 + Super + Overtime
