Service Technician Coordinator Key Duties:
Â
- Liaising between customers & Service technicians
- Diagnose Customer issues over the phone
- Process customer orders for spare parts & warranties
- Overseeing & implementing quality control procedures for incoming stock
- Assisting with identification & supply of spare parts
- Scheduling of in-house & on-site service work for a small team of technicians
- Liaising between the sales team & technicians
- Answer service phone calls
- Quoting, invoicing and general administration of paid service work
Essential:
Â
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Experience with Industrial MachineryÂ
- Ability to work in a team environment & multi task
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Parts interpretation experience
Preferred:
Â
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience with pronto
- Previous experience as a service technician coordinator or in similar role
Remuneration:
Â
$75,000 – $80,000 + Super
