SHIFT SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8 AM – 04:30 PM
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Conveniently based at Northmead, we are looking for a Service Coordinator / Spare Parts Interpreter to join a team of staff responsible for maintaining and repairing customer’s machine tools.
SERVICE COORDINATOR/SPARE PARTS INTERPRETER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting customers, sales staff, workshop/technicians with spare parts determination.
- General administration and housekeeping of spare parts.
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers.
- Respond to web sales enquiries for parts, service & warranty.
- Assisting with incoming parts processing and warehouse stock audits.
- Maintenance of sales & work orders.
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to time frames.
- Diagnosing customer issues over the phone.
- Consult with Service Manager regarding service jobs.
- Arrange onsite jobs for technicians
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous spare parts interpretation experience.
- Good knowledge of equipment used in the metalworking & wood working industry.
- Strong attention to detail combined with exceptional customer service & communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a team & multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Exceptional organisational experience
REMUNERATION:
-
$65,000 – $75,000 plus Super & Overtime
