LOCATION: Kewdale, Perth
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM plus Rostered Saturday Overtime
RECEPTIONIST MAIN DUTIES:
- Working on Reception (Receptionist)
- Accounts payable & receivable tasks
- Daily reconciliations of trading transactions
- Petty Cash Reconciliations.
- Banking
- Maintain internal records
- General office & administration tasks
- Liaising with interstate head office
- Assisting the Sales Team
- Customer database maintenance
- HR administration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid experience with a variety of admin tasks or as a receptionist
- Accounts Experience
- Cash draw and banking reconciliation
- Experience with MS office, Excel and Word
- Pronto experience would be an advantage
- Petty cash reconciliation and associated GST inclusions and exemptions
- Drivers’ licence and own reliable transport
REMUNERATION:

$55,000 to $60,000 plus Super
