LOCATION: Melbourne CBD
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Monday to FridayÂ
HOURS: 8-10 hour a day
PROJECT MANAGER MAIN DUTIES:
Â
- Project management of works
- Preparing work programmes
- Ability to run projects from start to finish
- Scheduling
- Negotiating contract variations
- Attending any issues that may arise during construction.
- Liaising with clients, contractors/suppliers
- Review and interpret scope of work documents
- Dealing with builders and trades
- Checking timesheets
- Organising trades such as tillers & stone masons etc.
- Delivering timely and accurate project budgets
ESSENTIAL:
Â
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager or in a project management role
- Understand project management methodologies
- Experience within the tiling / Stone industry
- Extensive experience on commercial projects
- Demonstrated capacity to lead and manage projects
- Extensive experience in programming of works
- Ability to lead teams and manage business relationships
- Highly developed ability to manage contract documentation including variations and construction programs
- Experience in analysing and reporting on project costs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills
- Strong attention for detail
REMUNERATION:
Â
$125,000 – $130,000 + Super + Fuel Card
