LOCATION: Truganina, Melbourne VIC
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
PROJECT ESTIMATOR MAIN DUTIES:
- Interpret drawings and complete material take off’s
- Review and interpret scope of work documents
- Prepare detailed budget estimates
- Preparing works programmes
- Delivering timely and accurate project budgets
- Submission of variations
- Purchasing of required materials
- Contract administration duties
- Follow up on and evaluate quotes
- Source, collect & compile quotes from suppliers for the Tender process
ESSENTIAL:
- Experience as project estimator or in estimating.
- Able to interpret project drawings
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills
- Strong attention for detail
PREFERRED:
- Driving Licence
- Experience in the stone industry
- White card
REMUNERATION:

$80,000 – $85,000 + Super + Overtime
