LOCATION: Arundel, QLD
SHIFT SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mondays – Fridays
OPERATIONS MANAGER MAIN DUTIES:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business
- Scheduling / Management of projects
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Lead the on-site & office team
- Develop & maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Assist with winning future projects
- Implement QA systems/Work instructions
- Mentor and develop the team
- Liaise with contractors
- Project Report writings
- Assisting with uploading data & calculations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as operations manager or in Senior level Management role
- Highly knowledgeable with Surveying
- Past experience in a Customer focused/sales position
- Laser Scanning experience
- Understanding of Point Cloud
- Strong understanding of Utility Detection
- AS5488 – Knowledge
REMUNERATION:
-
$115,000 – $140,000 plus Super and Over Time plus Company Vehicle
