LOCATION: East Tamaki, Auckland
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8:00am-04:30pm
Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- Develop & maintain customer relationships
- Process sales – including generating invoices, following up on quotes & purchase orders
- Attend promptly to customer enquiries
- Communicate with other branches & departments
- Process online sales orders
- Process customer returns & credits accurately
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:
- Competent with microsoft application(MS Office), POS & Computer based inventory programs
- Trade experience in the woodworking or metalworking industry
- Pronto experience
PREFERRED:
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Advanced communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous sales / Customer service experience
REMUNERATION:

$55,000 – $65,000
