SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
Junior Estimator Key Duties:
- Interpret drawings and complete material take offs
- Review and interpret scope of work documents
- Prepare detailed budget estimates
- Preparing works programmes
- Delivering timely and accurate project budgets
- Nesting files
- Follow up on and evaluate quotes
- Source, collect & compile quotes from suppliers for the Tender process
Essentials:
- Previous experience estimating within the stone sector
- Experience with stone benchtops and wall panels
- Able to interpret project drawings
- Experience with nesting software
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- Attention for detail
