LOCATION: Dandenong, VIC
GMM CNC OPERATOR MAIN DUTIES:
- Operate and program GMM CNC Bridge Saw machines
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints accurately to determine machining requirements and specifications.
- Operate machines proficiently to fabricate benchtop with precision and accuracy, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.
- Monitor machine operations closely, making necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring strict compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and thorough cleaning of machines to uphold their optimal performance and longevity.
- General factory duties
ESSENTIAL:
- A stonemasonry trade qualification or proven experience within the stone industry
- At least 2 years of experience operating GMM CNC Bridge Saws
- Waterjet experience is highly desirable.
- Experienced with AUTOCAD
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read plans and measurements
- Current working rights in Australia
PREFERRED:
- Drivers Licence
- Forklift Licence (desirable but not required)
- White card
