Factory Manager Key Duties:
- Assigning tasks to co-workers in co-ordination with the production manager
- Being accountable for other factory members productivity and quality
- Packing and Crating completed product
- Co-ordinating and communicating requirements with the production manager
- Scheduling and organising deliveries for the goods
- Completing QA Checks
- Troubleshooting CNC machinery when required
- Receiving and unloading shipments of incoming product
- Being able to cover for machine operator or factory hand if other factory staff are on temporary leave etc.
Essential:
- Forklift Licence
- Needs basic computer skills
- Must be able to consistently check products for quality under tight time frames
- Required to be onsite for daily factory start up /shut down
- Must have attention to details
Preferred:
- Needs to be a team leader
- Needs strong organisational skills
- Prepared to do overtime where required to meet project deadlines
Remuneration:

$75,000 – $90,000 + Super
