Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Factory Manager Key Duties:

• Provide direction and leadership to Factory Team, Machine operators & other staff
• Assist, supervise and support staff in timely and accurate completion of work assignments
• Develop and implement systems and processes that drive consistency, efficiency and quality
• Oversee maintenance of equipment
• Monitor inventory and ensure availability and efficiencies of stock control
• Ensure effective skills and training programs are met and implemented
• Manage and oversee Occupational Health & Safety compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of Factory

Essentials:

• Previous experience working as a Factory Manager
• Previous experience working in the Stone industry is a must
• The candidate should possess strong leadership and training abilities and be able to build and manage effective teams.
• Decision-making skills are important and the candidate should be able to manage people effectively.
• Have a strong understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), manufacturing, quality, productivity, inventory, and factory processes.
• Be highly organised and have the ability to coordinate Factory workflows to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Forklift licence 

Remuneration:

• $110,000 – $120,000 + Fuel Card and Toll Tag
