Estimator – VIC

LOCATION: Dandenong VIC

ESTIMATOR MAIN DUTIES:

• Interpret drawings and complete material take offs
• Review and interpret scope of work documents
• Prepare detailed budget estimates
• Delivering timely and accurate project budgets
• Occasion site visits & check measures 
• Submission of variations
• Purchasing of required materials
• Contract administration duties 
• Using cad / cam software 
• Follow up on and evaluate quotes

ESSENTIAL:

• Previous experience estimating on projects.
• Experience within the stone / tiling sector.
• Able to interpret project drawings
• Experience with site measuring / check measures is highly desirable
• Experience programming for CNC machines.
• Experience using cad / cam software
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

PREFERRED:

• Driving Licence
• Experience in the stone industry
• White card
