Schedule: Monday to Friday
Electrical Fitter Key Duties:
- Carry out installation, laser alignment, maintenance, repairs and breakdown work of an electrical nature at client’s premises
- Assisting in the workshop with repairs to electrical motors and equipment as required
- Preparation of incoming work for winding, winding of coils, motor winding, vacuum varnishing, baking and re-assembling of motors
- Perform normal duties as required relevant to the electrical trade (Electrical Fitter) & (AS/NZS 3000)
- Implement all identification and traceability operations in line with documented procedures
- Inspection checks on measuring and test equipment against calibrated master equipment
- Perform normal duties as required relevant to the trade (Electrical Fitter)
- Working within and to the guidelines of ISO9001 Quality Assurance Systems, MP87 and AS3800 Standards
- Repair, maintenance & overhaul to flameproof equipment / machinery
Essential:
- Electrical Licence
- Electric Motor Experience in AC & DC Applications
Preferred:
- Hazard Area Equipment Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Authorised to carry out all operations that are relevant to the trade (Electrical Fitter)
- Authorised to implement all identification and traceability operations in line with documented procedures
- Authorised to do inspection checks on measuring and test equipment against calibrated master equipment
Remuneration:
-
$85,000 – $105,000 + Super & Overtime
