Draftsperson Key Duties:
Â
- Reporting to the Director of Engineering
- Produce CAD models and manufacturing drawings of product components and assemblies
- Utilising a detailed understanding of drafting and manufacturing processes
- Generate concepts and work alongside the Engineers to turn them into reality
- Support sales quotes for work and manage the delivery of that work supporting production through the maintenance of manufacturing drawings and implementation of approved changes
Essential
Â
- Hold tertiary qualifications in engineering drafting or equivalent draftsperson qualifications
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Skilled Autodesk Inventor user
- Have an understanding of manufacturing principles and constraints
- Great communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel (MS Office)
Requisite:

- Ability to be present at our Port Macquarie facility Monday-Friday
- Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Clearance would be beneficialÂ
- Must have the capacity to satisfy pre-employment screening (Applicants MUST have the right to live and work in Australia)
Remuneration:
Â
$75,000 – $80,000 + Super
