Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Draftsperson Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality drawings based on preliminary designs
- CAD/CAM drafting, including cleaning up production files
- Work with the design, production, and construction team to produce and issue drawings
- Read plans, drawings, and job sheets
- Communicate and prepare lists of elements that must be provided to sites
- Review site measurements and templates to ensure drawing accuracy
- Manage drawing revisions and version control across active jobs
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience completing drawings and designs using AutoCAD / AutoCAD Inventor
- Drafting or Computer Aided Drafting experience
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Australian experience is preferable, but not necessary
- Disciplined and self-motivated
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Experience within the stone industry
- Motivated and reliable
- Able to think and problem-solve independently
- Loves working in a team environment
