LOCATION: Truganina, Melbourne
COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of works on multi story high rise buildings
- Preparing work programmes.
- Ability to run projects from start to finish.
- Scheduling
- Negotiating contract variations.
- Working between office and onsite
- Attending any issues that may arise during construction.
- Liaising with clients, contractors / suppliers.
- Review and interpret scope of work documents
- Dealing with builders and trades
- Delivering timely and accurate project budgets.
- Organising trades such as tillers & stone masons etc.
- Overseeing site foreman
ESSENTIAL:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing projects from 6-10 million dollars in value
- Experience within the Stone / tiling industry.
- Extensive experience on commercial projects.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead and manage projects.
- Extensive experience in programming of works.
- Ability to lead teams and manage business relationships.
- Highly developed ability to manage contract documentation including variations and construction programs.
- Experience in analysing and reporting on project costs.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience using EasyBuild, Cost X & bluebeam and jobpac
- Full Australian Working rights
- Drivers Licence
