Established in the mid 80’s, our client, a leading cabinet maker/joiner, manufactures & installs custom made furniture and joinery items for different industries such as cafes, hotels, and offices using superior craftsmanship, innovative materials, and environmentally friendly processes. They combine new technologies and modern materials to deliver a premium service. This young company has quickly become notorious for its attention to detail and production quality.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6.30 AM to 3.00 PM
Cabinet Maker/Joiner Key Duties:
- Working on a variety of jobs for different industries such as cafes, hotels & offices
- Working with different types of machinery in the factory & out onsite
- Managing own jobs from start to finish
- Reading plans and working with cutting lists
- Manufacturing & installing custom made items
- Managing your time effectively and complete work with attention to detail
Essentials:
- Knowledge of the different types of timbers, laminates and veneers etc
- Must have own basic tool
- Previous experience working with custom made cabinetry items
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Hold relevant trade certificates in cabinet making/joinery
Preferred:
- Previous experience with veneering
Remuneration:
-
$80,000 – $95,000 + Super & Overtime
