There’s only one fee which is payable after you’ve successfully hired your new employee. The fee will be calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary and we will notify you about the approximate cost prior we start work, so there won’t be any surprises. No deposits, advertising cost or any other hidden fees. You only pay once.

No. Our pricing model is straightforward. There’s only one fee, paid after you’ve hired a full-time employee from us. The fee is a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary. Before engaging with us, we’ll let you know the approximate cost. 

It depends on various factors – location, salary, and position complexity. Often, we fill a position within 2-3 weeks. We promise that once we start working on your role, it will be our priority, and we will communicate with you throughout the process.

Yes, as our standard practice, we offer a replacement guarantee for every permanent employee hired.

Yes! It’s a big decision to hire a new employee. For blue-collar roles, we do offer a trial day.

Great question! Firstly, we get all the job specifications from you in detail so we understand your needs and the company. We’ll inform you about the approximate cost. If you are happy to go ahead, our team drafts the job ads, and we’ll dive into the candidate market. After the interviews, we will only present the most suitable people. We prefer sourcing passive candidates – people who are not actively looking for a new position.

Depending on the complexity of the role, you can expect to receive 3-4 candidates per position. If needed, more.

We will set up the interview once you are ready to interview the candidates.
Now, it’s up to you to decide who to take on. We will consult with you during the whole process.
Next step – the employment contract gets signed, your new hire resigns from their current job and usually, within 2-3 weeks, the employee is ready to commence.
